Does this differ from your comments (on a number of posts) that suggested that MAD were 'fudging' the reserves they hold because they are including old wells that cannot be economically used again (your previous comments) in the reserves disclosure?

A deal to allow the shares coming out of escrow (in a buy back or similar fashion) to be bought does not necessarily require disclosure. It depends on how it is structured.
