Poor decision making and sloppy due diligence Satori? You know this to be a fact do you? We had a binding agreement with a company who was more than capable of delivering but chose not to.
Be as critical as you like but again you are getting very close to crossing the line. You have no idea what due diligence we did.
Your posts were all doom and gloom when sst pulled out. That was only 2 months ago. I can only tell you that your critism is very distasteful to a few guys who have had little sleep for two months.
I'll bite my tongue but I suggest if you are so adamant we were sloppy and made poor decisions then I presume you will come to the AGM and say this. Talk to our Chairman. If you can convince him Im sure he will sack me as is his right.
Poor decision making? Buying Cockatoo was a poor decision? How many new iron ore producers are there in the next two years? How many have 68.5% DSO? Without capex? This wasnt a decision by management?
If the share price was a dollar you would think I am wonderful. No matter what decisions we make you totally judge performance by the share price. Institutions don't do this. They judge by our decisions and where we are heading. Only select shareholders judge by current shareprice. That or traders.
Thanks for the comments guys. I'm glad most of you see the value in Cockatoo. It's been a nightmare getting there but at least we got there. Thanks also to the guys who contacted me with words of support. We are all human at PLV and your words if encouragement were greatly appreciated. I have a fine team and I passed your comments onto them.
Still work to do but I'm happier now than I have been for some time.
