Westcott - your Q -i feel this is a China deal...they have controlled the convention discussions, the funding, the infrastrucuture, have major stake in SDL etc..you will say they had no right to be involved in africa negs...when u have 6b on the line u have every right... I find it hard to think in this environ a 6.5b deal is on a lot of majors minds....I think a counter is an outside chance but I hope for it...as you said we will know in 2 months..JV no chance...if we couldn't do one when spot was 160 and credit was easy....no chance now..
