    Yes I agree. It's taking them a while to write it up. They weren't prepared when shares were halted 2 days ago to release something. Since then they have been getting all the right advise (legal and non legal) of exact wording as they want it to be accurate and positive to everyone. I am sure we will see it today at some point as promised.
