    It would appear that this action is symptomatic of our society today, whether is is the local council not allowing ball games in the council parks for fear that someone will sue them to being frightened to criticize a person who is responsible for their financial investment.

    We do need a bill of rights or a new constitution to enshrine our rights to control our own destiny and the people who we appoint to take care of our lives and our future

    If our laws can be interpreted so that all of those who wrote on that thread had their private information obtained even when some of them would have possible supported the board then those laws are patently wrong.

    I never buy shares in a company without reading the chatter on HC as it assists me in forming an opinion of the board of that company. There are many instances of a company having fantastic prospects but a bad board will always bring them down so the chatter is important in the decision.

    There are many areas to invest my money so If there are unanswered questions or disputes, I will go elswhere
