I dont believe that the FOMC will take on a Bond purchasing position at this meeting tonight - Hold and a commitment to Low interest rates for this month, with a QE later in the year, next month or November.
It matters not, unless one takes on a risky punt on borrowed money. The QE will come, THAT is almost a certainty.
