The facts as they stand are that management have made errors of judgement, and due diligence in several key areas has been questioned. Thats not my opinion - that is what has happened.

In my view the teams credibility and ability is squarely on the line here. There are enough indicators and clues to suggest concern. And its often those 'little things' that leave clues to bigger things. Like those neighbours you have who never mow their lawn...you notice it. It can reflect an attitude of procrastination and laziness....

It was a time when clearly the team appeared to be much more confident, passionate, optimistic and communicative.
