Harmonics and cycles are siblings.
On the weekly NTU chart, the 10-week cycle is due.
Counting from the top at 108c on 18 April 2011, the 10s have been consistent and fairly accurate. Some come a bit early and some a bit late. Right now it's a tad overdue.
It's been said 'As goes LYC, so goes NTU'. The 10-week cycle on the LYC chart is a charm. It operates like Swiss Rail.
