Never bother to quote countries whose prices have not dropped. Funny too that no one bothers to mention that not everything reverts to the lowest common denominator. Because Port Power and a few others are at the bottom of the AFL table the current finalists should be there too.Not all countries are basket cases. Some are shining and sought after destinations with a lot going for them and Oz is amongst that pack. If you are going to make comparisons then they should be made with Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Norway etc etc so that proper comparisons are made and not with nations with problems brought on by decades of inept leadership.
