Hi pvf.....a couple of comments about the use of bots.
You noted that maybe bots are used to keep the SP of a company at low artificial levels. I believe that is a common case.

Now take the case of this stock, BCI. They have a clear aim to expand by M&A. And a common way of doing this is to use the company value, the SP, as collateral. But if the SP is low then BCI would need to issue more shares to "pay" for M&A activity.

That is clearly very bad for the shareholders. Dilution at an exaggerated unreal rate.

I could go on with many other issues. But, to keep it short I do not like bots manipulating the share price, it is illegal. I do not like bots having a super computer located within spitting distance of the ASX computer to gain communication time. I do not like bots having different trading rules to me.

And a low SP makes for an easier TO target.
