The most recent reference to Forestry divestment in the ASX announcement dated 15th August states:
" The staged exit from the company's Forestry assets continues to progress at a satisfactory pace ..."
Yet on page 13 of CEO presentation at the 2011 AGM is written:
' Escalation of Staged Capital Release to total withdrawal from [Forestry] sector'
And:
'Due to complexity it is expected that completion will take most, if not all, of FY12'
So putting this together. Shareholders currently have the information that: Total withdrawal from forestry may take most, if not all, of FY2012 and that this is progressing at a satisfactory pace.
Is it correct for shareholders to still be led to believe that the Forestry withdrawal will be completed by the end of this month?
'satisfactory pace' of 'total withdrawal'?
