    you dont get put into a trading halt for a speeding ticket....the company generally has to ask for trading to be halted...lets hope it is good news and not a cap raising...or if it is a cap raising then there is good news with it...I will cry if the only reason price is going up because it has been manipulated up so that cap raising can be at decent price...
