Investing in property requires a very different mindset than investing in the bottom feeders of the bottom feeders in the bio-techs & explorers in the share market. Most of the posters here know that whether they are pro or against property.
Property gains tend to multiply over time where the gains from the tiddler shares many times (but not all) go to the next shiny rock that is encountered.
