pescefritte, in my experience of the business and legal world, half the words they use aren't what mere mortals use, nor are things phrased in ways that we're meant to understand. My advice is just take it at face value and wait until Monday.
I've got a lot of hard earnt $$$ invested in THR but won't be losing any sleep worrying about the wording of the announcement, or what the results might be for Spring Hill. As for Dundas, well that might be a different story!!
