In my view, the US contracts are something akin to Contracts of Interest. As in, they are only binding if the US plant is capable of processing the eachc contracts supply.
I guess the reasons why the contractors wish to remain hidden is because the process hasn't been proven and they do not wish to expose their treason to their land-fill partners on the chance (reasonable?) of Geelong/ANLAK failing. Fair enough really.
