One simple change that might help is take away the trades in 0.25c increments for the big boys. At the moment they can front run other peoples trades as they are being formed and jump the queue by buying or selling a fraction of a cent more or less than you. It's almost like allowing them to 'jump' the queue. They should have to place orders at 0.5c increments like everyone else, no matter what the size of the trade is.
