Not one question re Paloma has been answered there. Is the money to develop Paloma or just to bolster the coffers? Is Paloma commercial or not?

Let's call it for what it is. That's 100m shares for institutions and 16m for shareholders. All at 30c. Somewhere along the line those institutions expect that the SP will be quite a bit higher than 30c. This will no doubt be ramped by Bell Potter. Question is will the ramp be for Paloma or Vietnam?
