I remember reading somewhere that all the uranium from Beverley was going to the US, probably to be enriched at the General Atomic (the parent company of H/Q) owned uranium enrichment facility at ConverDyn.
With Beverly running out of uranium to mine, and General Atomic losing access to B4M uranium (if AGS is successful with their litigation), it would be in General Atomics interest to lock in the uranium produced from B4M so as to keep their uranium enricher fully utilised, but to do that they have to process the uranium from B4M through the plant at Beverly.
If AGS were to build a stand alone plant at B4M it would take 4 years from the application to commissioning, while if they did it though Beverly, which already has all the approvals, B4M uranium could be arriving at ConverDyn by mid 2013.
A lot of speculation (and time line, best guesses) I know, but worth thinking about.
