re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... I'll be supporting PJ & Co. I think the market has misread this one.....or maybe I have!....wouldn't be the first time.

All indications from the company suggest financing will be in place by November/December. Three years ago they thought it would be sorted by September. Now whilst they missed the target, its not a huge discrepancy in the great scheme of things.

The problem, as i see it, is that the proposed extension is for 9 months! And the market has taken this to mean that they need more time to arrange the finance.

I hope this is not the case and believe the company is obligated to inform shareholders prior to the AGM if it is.
