    and consideration from selling about 15 mil at 18c is about 2.7 mil,so 200k sort of pales

    Anyway, I don't believe he is any better a judge of value than you or I

    In this particular instance though, I'd back the Wood school of thought....get someone to take the company over so we can all move on
