Quite right resourced:
"Conversion Price means:
(a) if a Reset Event has not occurred, AU$1.25 (Initial Conversion Price)"
The 120% of the VWAP for the 30 trading days clause only applies on a LAMP Rejection Event which is now clearly null & void.
Trashes my theory but happy to be corrected.
