what are you all complining about??? with a company share price heading north,especially in this enviroment.
placements and capital raising always have to be done. some times they are done at a premium and some times at a discount. lets not forget they are far quicker than a spp or rights issue and that would drag the price down for longer.
and if you dont have a full service broker to be part of placements. maybe you should consider getting one or several. its good to have a few brokers and spread your investments with perth and sydney brokers.
