I am not sure the other party ( if it comes to one will get the same low price luxury as Ivor---because with Ivor Genorah had an added benefit in dispute resolution.... And they were not parting with all their shareholding.... But Genorah would want a higher price for any further takeover) but you are probably right that in using the gateway out of the 20% prohibition they probably have to offer the same price to all shareholders... Anyone with further knowledge of corporate law can possibly throw some light
