There's a reason for that: Muslims wouldn't dare riot in the USA, partucularly so close to the 9/11 anniversary. The insult would be too much to bear for most americans. They would probably load there hunting rifles, jump into their pickup trucks in droves and go to town.
Muslims are very aware that gun ownership in USA is very high.
Apart from all that, muslims SHOULD be ashamed of themselves for that disgraceful demonstration yesterday, but unfortunately they probably won't be. Afterall, a movie consists of moving pictures and words, nothing more. But their response is actual physical violence against people who had nothing to do with this movie.
Does that lead one to suspect that muslims only wait for an excuse to behave violently? Are they so excluded from australian society that they revel in violent protest?
There seems to be 2 messages here: 1. If you dare to annoy or upset us, we will respond with unrestrained thoughtless violence, so be careful.
2. We have nothing in common with you and for the time being we must tolerate you.
