    A bit of a hiccup

    HTI / HAL have announced that they have withdrawn from the heads of agreement that would have seen the HAL business backed into the listed shell of HTI to achieve an ASX listing. AgentPlus was then to be backed into the new entity.

    I suppose that AgentPlus is only 5% of the overall deal but it would be good if it had gone smoothly!
