Go back and look to the announcements and the timing of the CR. It is self evident what happend with AOC to the point that Steve Wonder would see this. The circumstances around the CR and alleged oil shows was questionable and this is being diplomatic.

After reading the history of the CR and your neuron transmitters engage Iam sure you will see what happened here.
