I think you will find that "in ground" value of Gold to be nearer $20 per ounce, rather than $100 per ounce that you are working on.
Therefore, 270,000 x $20 = $5.4 million.
Therefore MC is about right at $7-8 million considering other assets (and their stage of exploration/development), so therefore the SP is not "grossly under what it should be".
Of course, that all could change with the prospective update to the TH due this morning.
