Stephen is being conservative.
He said 1st quarter 2014 because he knows winter might delay the project as was the case for CVR. It will only be a month or 2 at most.
I am going to play safe and say feb 2014 first gold pour. Full production may take 3-6months ramp up based on my experience with most goldies.
