My opinion, the company is so large that just dropping the name will cause a surge in share price. This is just the opposite to name dropping.
I am fairly certain it the JV partners requirement, I recall quite vividly when SSN teamed up with Chesapeake, that the same thing occurred.
Ultimately it will come out, I still think there are private lists for Sonris that the public does not have access to.
Privacy is a big factor for private companies, I suspect they are trying to get more leases in the area.
