I believe there is a disconnect between the U industry and investors, low spot prices and Fukoshima has not helped. But PDN securing a $200million from a utility 7 years in advance is telling me in the future supply will not meet demand and many in the industry are also saying this as well. For me PDN is a buy and hold and I am looking forward to the SP climbing back to pre Fukoshima levels.
