    it looks like a grand total of 11 shareholders put in $58,000 for the spp. it seems that eclipse have underwritten $600,000 , which is probably the money that has been loaned to duo. if eclipse take there money back, then it will be time for another raising

    keep an eye out for a change in director holdings, to see if they put in a few dollars
