The prospect may become a mine. But look at the way WMC explored compared to BHP. How many drillholes were drilled over Christmas (they must have paid the geos a good rate to get them working on their holidays and in that heat) and how many recently. Things have slowed possibly due to BHP takeover and this a medium term exploration project - 3-5 years. Until things settle down (and BHP evaluate whether they need this in their portfolio) exploration will be slow.
It may fit Jubilee's portfolio better. If I was them I would be approaching BHP to buy it out.
