I am confused, not for the first time where THR is concerned !
Certainly the expenditure of $1.5million meets the requirements of the agreement to 'acquire" a further 26% of the Spring Hill tenement.
This is set out in the Companies announcement of 29/07/2011 but it is not clear to me what additional payment or issue of THR shares might be required. There were 40 million shares, plus some cash, involved in the original 25% "holding".
Perhaps some one with a better legal brain than mine can enlighten us.
