Thats fine Gizard, but the real question is what they end up doing with that money. If they use it wisely to make acqusitions or expand operations in other ways for more profit, then you would expect PE to be higher. If they return money to shareholders without any growth prospects then you expect PE to remain low.

I guess the problem now is, do we know what their strategy is? Maybe the uncertainty will prevent the stock from rising to the lofty heights some have suggested. Means risk remains and continues to make TOX a speculative play.

I am still confident by the way, new management has proven some points already, just need to trust their ability to continue growth.
