The table of figures you have included in your message is the impurities.
It would be more helpful to consider the percentage of tin contained in the two shipments delivered so far:
Shipment 1: 46% Sn (58% SnO2)
Shipment 2: 67% Sn (85% SnO2)
The maximum achievable Sn content is about 78%, as it is present as the oxide.
It looks like there have already been substantial improvements in the processing and my non-expert opinion is that 85% SnO2 is a good result.
Do you mean that the process improvements are late or that the whole alluvial tin project is late?
