The large volume on our day closing both gaps with a subsequent few low volume days, stacking of the MD yesterday and buying pressure today seem to indicate a reversal.
Your guess of accumulation seems accurate, certainly true for myself.
I see such spikes occuring during the next 2 weeks before we might hear more about the DFT.
In my very personal view, I expect ESI around 2 cents before DFT results come out.
