Hi all article in the AFR today, i read it in a cafe so just going on memory.
Article mentions that Elders will likely be selling its Tasmanian Smart Fibre business in the next few days this is a +ve for any takeover to happen it also mentions the Futuris business which if divested at a reasonable price will make Elders more attractive to its main competitor and largest shareholder Ruralco
A takeover of Elders they value at the following prices
High- 52c
low- 33c
Avg- 42c
