re: Ann: WNI: Completion of compulsory acquis... Hi guys,

Been super busy and no chance to post but I have called Compushare and the company since my last post.

Firstly spoke with Tara at BRM and she said there was a hold up and they were awaiting transfers from compushare. She also said phoenix were to be ignored

Seconldy spoke to Compushare. Essentially, in the next 3 weeks or so payments would be made, didnt give me a reason why the hold up. I also discussed phoenix with them and apparently when a delisting/corporate action occurs there are certain news lists some companies like phoenix can subscribe to. Once the delisting occurs they can obtain your details and follow up for you for a fee of course - generally not needed and you can call compushare/ company direct to sort any issues out but some people are stressed and end up using them.

I also have to give a plug to Steve on the BRM takeover line for great customer service. He even called me back to let me know they have received my consideration forms and to provide follow detail on the 3 weeks which was refreshing.

I have yet to receive cash or WNI shares btw
