Is the dilution the sAme
Before we were going to issue twice as many shares to get there 54 million in cash , now we issue shares to the equivalent of 27m so we raise less unnecessary cash ( it was always going to be too much ) and we still list. The more I think about it the less the dilution difference. It is worse but not by that much and the merger chances increase
