    To round it off. I called AGS yesterday....Steven Johnson.

    Sadly the confidentiality clause was cited and so no answer to the question of when the MARP was/is/will be lodged was provided. Dam confidentiality clause!

    Bugger.

    Next step , Plan B...

    As an aside, Chille getting some more attention. Might expect some movement on this front this side fo Christmas...

    Also, he was 'impressed' with the ability of those folk on HotCopper to get information about AGS court cases before AGS does...lol
