yes that could or would be the situation for a plant on DYL's lease

however
the cost would fall or crash
if
PDN who hold a large holding of DLY's stock
came to an aggreement to process the ore from DYL

the cost now becomes
the cost of trucking to PDN
just up the road, so to speak
and gone are the problems of water and electricity supply as a bonus/cost

YES dyl has turned the corner it could be claimed :)
and it could be said DYL is looking rather interesting, to some people

but the constant shadow of a T/O must be considered at these super cheap s/p's
