So what of the statement of 30 calender days then. I would say they are actually bound to make some statement regarding the situation, or they have mis-led the market.
Either there is a 30 day timeframe or there is not. The announcement was quite clear there is unless there is communication regarding more information, which apparently they have not had.
This is getting way past being a joke, and trying to hide behind some ficticious ASX factor.
I'd like to know the truth, as its more than obvious there is something else major happening going on and it goes back a while.
You can bet someone in the company reads Hot/C and knows the mood of retail investors. The first time I seen a Mercer Video my gut reaction was arrogance. This is more than born out by the events of the past year.
