Depending on the level of commitment (ie: eni pledging equity gas from ES to TS) and the indicative terms (royalty, upfront and so on), MEO could just as easily be $1. But lets see. The ship has steadied itself, the waters are calmer . . . lets see what is over the horizon. Hopefully Saipem!
