Hi Regyug,
not sure about the 200m, In my opinion they lodged a no longer substantial on the 27/10/2011 so they would have had less than 216m approx at that stage. DB Broking has sold 101m approx this year not including the last 3 days. I cant work out the figures for any sales between 27/10/2011 and the 31/12/2011.
I think CW is right and that the line is getting much closer to being completed.
