I've just had my conversation with TIS.
I queried about the 30 day timeframe that was announced early August and was informed that the MHRA was a government dept and so was not rearly bound. I suggested the announcement was very specific and now you are saying it is not the case. They say that is what BSI told them. I suggested that the company should make an announcement/update regarding the 30 day period because that is what they told the market to expect.
I reaffirm they have not had any request for information.
They are also very cautious about prodding BSI for information, or making a statment that BSI may read.
I restated the announcement in early august was very specific about the 30 days, and so lies the problem. I don't think they grasp the importance of stating particular informations and not realising the impact when it fails to deliver.
I suggest someone else give a call, to reafirm and make clear about the problem of guiding statements and what it means when it turns out to be misleading. 61 7 3334 3900.
Don't expect change if you don't make an effort.
