yes in the end it all comes down to a water contract.

and with milestone 2 and 3, opm has to give another 400m shares and 150m options to ansearch shareholders.
that brings the shares to a total of roughly 2.25b
and the options 1.1b
so by the end of june 2006 when the options expire we could have 3.35b shares. if everybody convert them.
and we have no other placement.
this doesn´t sound to good.
