I have just received the following response from TIS that may help in clearing up some of the questions that we have.
They also confirmed timkiely's response that there have been no requests for comment from BSI or MHRA
Regards..............
The situation is:
- yes, the MHRA is taking more than 30 days; there is nothing we can do about that
- therefore, we have no information that the ASX would be likely to allow for release
A few things that seem to be poorly understood about the ASX continuous disclosure rules are that:
- announcements are submitted by listed companies to the ASX which reviews the content and allows release, refuses release or allows release with changes demanded by the ASX.
- announcements must contain new, factual information to receive approval and be released by the ASX
- it is a violation of the listing rules to disclose information on a company website that has not already been released via the ASX.
Anyone with a calendar can work out that the MHRA is taking more than 30 days to respond. We have no information at this time that the ASX would agree to release.
As soon as we receive any further communications from BSI, we will release this to the ASX.
