Sorry Kosenar but with respect some of what you posted is simply not correct.
There is absolutely no violation of any ASX rules to post material on a company's website or to send out investor updates/newsletters. If it was a violation, why has TOS posted about its Belgium supply hub opening????
There would only be a violation if it was market sensitive and if it was market sensitive it must be posted on the ASX. In my view, the fact that the MHRA has taken more than their normal 30 days and the fact that there has been no communication whatsoever with TIS is market sensitive.
How many times have I seen ASX announcements from mining companies simply saying how far their drills have reached?
IT seems to me the problem is that TIS isnt sure whether it is market sensitive or not, so rather than making a call and either posting it on the ASX or posting it on their website, they have opted not to make a decision or do anything.....leaving investors totally in the dark as per usual (unless of course you ring to find out or you are a HC member).
