So,, just to clartify:
(a)If the info is market sensitive, it must be posted on the ASX.
(b)If the companyh thinks the info is not market sensitive but is nonetheless of importance and of interest to shareholders, then in the interests of keeping shareholders informed in a fair and transparaent way, it ought be posted on their website.

The fact that information is of importance and of interest to shareholders nonetheless begs the question whether it is market sensitive in the first place....
