if they are to produce 2.2 million per annum and a long term contract of $62 gives us $136,400,000 million per annum in revenue minus $31 cash operating cost
136mill/2 =$68 million operating profit -
lets assume a NPAT OF $50 MILLION
EPS 4.2c share X PE multiple of 10= 42c per share in first year of production so PDN buyout at 50c would be fair
